Frequently Asked Questions
Your comfort is our top priority. While everyone's sensitivity is different, we use high-quality, medical-grade topical anesthetics before and/or during the procedure to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Most clients report feeling little more than a vibration or tweezing sensation.
Q: Does it hurt? How do you manage comfort during the procedure?
Q: How will you create a shape and color that's right for me?
This is a team effort. We don't use stencils, because your face is unique. Our process is a collaborative art:
We Talk: First, I listen to your goals and look at any inspiration photos you have.
I Map: Using your unique bone structure and facial features as my guide, I hand-draw with help of couple of tools, a custom shape for your approval. We will tweak it together until we both agree.
We Choose: I custom-blend pigments to match your natural hair color and skin tone, ensuring the final result is flattering and harmonious. Your input is essential every step of the way.
Q: Will permanent makeup affect my natural hair growth?
No. The pigment is carefully implanted into a shallower layer of the skin than your hair follicles. The procedure will not impact your natural brow hair or eyelash growth. You will still need to continue with your regular grooming (like tweezing stray brow hairs) to keep the shape looking sharp.
Q: Do you take insurance, financing or care credit?
We’ve partnered with Cherry to offer financing that allows you to book now, pay later. The application takes just a few seconds without any hard hits to your credit.
Q: How do you ensure my safety and what are your qualifications?
Your safety is non-negotiable and is the foundation of my practice. I am proud to uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism:
Licensed & Certified: I am fully licensed in Oklahoma and hold multiple advanced certifications from globally recognized leaders like PHI Brows, PHI Contour, PHI Removal, Beauty Angel Brows, and Beauty Angel Removal
Strict Hygiene: I use 100% single-use, disposable needles and most tools for every single client, eliminating any risk of cross-contamination.
High-Quality Pigments: I only use top-tier, stable pigments that are designed for cosmetic tattooing to ensure safe application and beautiful, lasting results.
Q: Can you fix permanent makeup that was done elsewhere?
In many cases, yes. With my advanced certifications in both corrective techniques and tattoo removal through PHI Removal and Beauty Angel, I am equipped to handle many correction and cover-up situations. However, working over old pigment requires a careful assessment. In this case, before you schedule your appointment it is required that you send in very clear photos of your current eyebrows so we can evaluate the existing work and create a customized plan for you.
Q: Do you offer consultations?
Yes, consultations are available via phone calls to discuss your concerns and if necessary, i do in-person consultations too.

Suitability:
Your safety and achieving beautiful, lasting results are my top priorities. Because permanent makeup involves breaking the skin, it's crucial that we only proceed under the safest conditions. Please review the list below to determine if this service is right for you at this time.
Certain conditions can affect the healing process and the final outcome of your procedure. If any of the following apply to you, please contact us to discuss your options before booking.
For Your Safety, We Cannot Perform the Procedure If:
You are under 18 years of age.
You are currently pregnant or nursing.
You have used Accutane within the last year.
You are currently undergoing chemotherapy. (We can proceed one year after your final treatment with clearance from your doctor).
You have active skin cancer in the treatment area.
You have a viral infection or disease (this includes active cold sores or herpes in the area to be treated).
Please Consult With Your Doctor First If You Have:
A Medical Condition: This includes heart conditions, blood clotting disorders, healing disorders, or uncontrolled Diabetes or High Blood Pressure. (If your condition is well-managed with medication, you may be a suitable candidate. A doctor's note may be required).
A Skin Condition: If you have Psoriasis, Eczema, undiagnosed rashes, or blisters in the treatment area, you must consult your doctor before scheduling an appointment.
Known Allergies: If you have known allergies to topical anesthetics (like lidocaine), makeup, dyes, or pigments, please let us know before booking.
Trichotillomania: This is a compulsive hair-pulling disorder. The nature of this condition can unfortunately compromise the results of the procedure.
Temporary Skin & Medication Conflicts:
To ensure the best possible pigment retention and healing, please be aware of the following temporary restrictions:
Active Skincare Products: Discontinue use of Retin-A, retinol, chemical exfoliants (like glycolic acid), and acne-treating products on or around the treatment area for 6 weeks prior to your appointment. These products thin the skin and can cause poor results.
Medications: You must be off antibiotics and/or steroids for at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
If you have any questions at all about your suitability, please don't hesitate to contact us. A quick phone consultation is the best way to ensure this is the right service for you.

Feedback & Online Reviews
We are honored by your trust and value your honest feedback. As a small business built on reputation, we kindly and professionally request that you speak with me directly about any concerns before posting a public review. This allows us a fair opportunity to understand your perspective and work with you to find a resolution.
Choosing to post a negative review without prior communication will unfortunately forfeit the option for any future services. Please be aware that posting reviews with demonstrably false information or statements made maliciously with the intent to damage the reputation of our business is not only a violation of our policy but can be grounds for legal action.
